At Labolume, we want you to love your purchase.
If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns
and exchanges under specific conditions.
14-Day Return Policy
You have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
The item must then be returned to Labolume within 14 days.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Send an email to info@labolume.com within 48 hours of receiving your item, including:
1. Your name and order number
2. The reason for your return
Return Conditions
1. Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
2. Sale items cannot be refunded but may qualify for a voucher.
Exclusions
Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not
accepted after the 14-day window.
